Don’t book the do-not-schedule
Open safety recall, interim remedy not out, limited service campaign that expires. On the appointment before the slot is locked.
Toyota service
A new advisor cannot remember every exception. Dealer Copilot puts the open recall, the pay type that will bounce, and the advertised coupon that isn’t on the line onto DealerTrack and TCC / SmartPath. It reads the screen they already use. It does not click the DMS.
Not a chatbot in another tab. The misses that turn into a bad appointment, a chargeback, or a CSI hit — named while they still have the customer.

Wrong pay type, missing or extra part, TSB not named in the correction. On the RO — not 45 days later as a chargeback.
Print · Cashier
Advertised coupon not on the line outlines the print window. Oil change closed with no oil or filter. Still on the RO they already have open.
Same VIN. Four screens. Nothing in another tab.
BDC opens the appointment. The VIN is on TCC. Open safety recall, interim do-not-schedule, limited service campaign that expires — before the slot is locked.
Advisor opens the RO on DealerTrack. The campaign sitting on this VIN is already a card. Wrong pay type, missing part, TSB not named in the correction.
A status strip on the RO: reading, issues, or clean. Search the store’s own knowledge without leaving the screen. Manager notes ride with the campaign.
Advertised coupon not on the line outlines the print window. A last look before they invoice — still on the RO they already have open.
Not a chatbot answer. The same facts a 12-year advisor keeps in their head — on the VIN in front of them.
What this campaign actually is, in the words they can say over the drive. Interim: do not schedule, we will call when the remedy is out.
Required number, order-before-you-book, no-parts software campaign. Missing, extra, superseded, or billed on the wrong line.
The note the service manager already wrote — EPV tech, book a two-hour bay — rides onto the write-up and the phone.
Op, book time, pay type. The Corr: row the tech has to fill. Clocked time versus paid hours.
Same overlay as the phone. Four misses an advisor actually hits — while the RO is still open.
The VIN is on the appointment. Open recall, STOP SALE, what to tell the customer — before the slot is locked.
BDC · TCC · SmartPath
Open safety recalls and campaigns come up before the slot is locked. If Toyota says the remedy is not out, it says do not schedule. A limited service campaign that expires is named while they still have the customer.
Advisor · DealerTrack
Campaign labor billed customer pay. The part that is missing. A TSB that applies and is not in the correction. A last look before they invoice — without leaving the RO.
Manager
Toyota recall and TSB documents become the cards. An unknown campaign code alerts a manager. Parts on backorder become a call list. Advisor capacity is visible. Search runs against that same knowledge.
Only checks that already fire in production. If a card is muted or a feature is still planned, it is not on this page.
In production with real advisors. Built here. No demo link. If you run a Toyota service department and this is the job, email Brandon.
