Terms
These terms cover work and software you buy from Verbeck Labs LLC, including Dealer Copilot and custom models. A signed order or statement of work, if we have one, controls if it conflicts with this page.
What we sell
Custom domain models, related engineering, and software such as Dealer Copilot. We do not sell access to a public consumer app from this website.
Billing
Recurring services are billed automatically, usually monthly, through Stripe. By authorizing a card or bank debit you agree we may charge that method on each billing date until you cancel. One-time work is billed as agreed on the invoice or order.
Cancel
Email brandonv@verbecklabs.ai before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. The current period is not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may pause access until it is.
Your data
Business data you give us for a model or for Dealer Copilot remains yours. We use it to deliver that work. We do not use it to train a product we sell to someone else.
Use of the software
You get a license to use the software or model we deliver for your business, for the term you pay for. You do not get our factory, our training pipeline, or a right to resell the product unless an order says so.
No heroics in the fine print
Software can fail. We will work the problem. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect recall matches, or that a model will catch every case. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.
Law
Utah law. Disputes in the state courts of Utah.
